Eligibility for Replacement 

You may request a replacement if: 

Incorrect Product Received:  

If you received a product different from what you ordered. 

Ordered Incorrect Product:  

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it. 

Note: Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Conditions for Replacement 

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
  • The replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery. 
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

Replacement Process 

  1. Initiate a Request: 

Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. 

  1. Provide Details: 

Share your order number and clear photos of the product received. 

  1. Return the Product:
  • If Blashk sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs. 
  • If the customer ordered the wrong product, they must cover the return shipping costs. 
  1. Inspection & Approval: 

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval status. 

  1. Dispatch Replacement: 

Upon approval, we will process and dispatch the replacement promptly. 

Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. 

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Opened or used products. 
  • Items not in their original packaging or missing essential components. 
  • Returns are not accepted after 7 days.
