Incorrect Product Received:
If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Ordered Incorrect Product:
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it.
Note: Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Conditions for Replacement
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Replacement Process
- Initiate a Request:
Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details:
Share your order number and clear photos of the product received.
- Return the Product:
- If Blashk sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer ordered the wrong product, they must cover the return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Approval:
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Dispatch Replacement:
Upon approval, we will process and dispatch the replacement promptly.
Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items not in their original packaging or missing essential components.
- Returns are not accepted after 7 days.
